I will offer you space, in which you can share whatever it is that troubles you.

I understand that sometimes this might be difficult and painful, that you might experience strong emotions like frustration or anger, or feel anxious and confused.

But whatever the issue is, we can address it together and see what could be changed.

the first session

is free of charge

The first session is for you to see if I am a therapist you want to work with. During these 50 minutes, you are welcome to ask me as many questions as you would like.

We can take it as an opportunity to explore how we can work together, and if I can be of help to you with your situation.

our 50-minute sessions

You decide what to share with me. I will do my best to understand your experience, and for that, I will listen to you attentively and ask for clarification when needed. So together, we can try to make sense of what is happening, explore the sensations and emotions that you feel, discover the meaning behind it, and if needed, look for solutions.

I will help you to “zoom-in” on details that might need attention and to “zoom-out” of the situation, to see a bigger picture. And when it feels uncomfortable to talk, we can just sit and breathe through it, until it feels okay to talk more.

my therapeutic approach

I chose this approach as it allows me to see and to explore the unique connection of each person to the world, to others and to oneself. I see this approach as existential, in the sense that we all experience life and life’s difficulties. Time and again, we might be forced to face harsh realities and be in need of finding a way and an inner strength to cope with what is difficult for us.

In my work, I focus on a person as 'a human being experiencing life'. As we are often forced to face life’s difficulties, we might need to find inner strength in order to get through them, and onward. The therapeutic support I offer can facilitate that process. I base my practice on humanistic theories, and I incorporate elements from other therapeutic concepts.

During the Covid-19, sessions are available at a REDUCED RATE

The payments can be made by bank transfer or directly by cash
